How SAF·NEXUS Works

Institutional allocations, syndicated
to qualified investors. Starting from $50,000.

When a $10M allocation becomes available, our fund may take $2M directly and syndicate the remaining $8M via a dedicated SAF. By presenting as the full-ticket buyer, we secure better pricing, larger allocations, and priority deal flow that smaller cheques never see. Members choose their level: passive exposure through the fund, or targeted conviction through individual SAFs.

Allocation secured first

SAF·NEXUS confirms the allocation and resolves all ROFR obligations at the SAF level before opening subscriptions. No secondary market risk for investors.

Institutional terms

Members invest at the same valuation and on identical economic terms as the lead institutional investors. No secondary premium, no transfer restrictions.

Cayman SPC structure

Each SAF is a segregated portfolio within our Cayman SPC: clean legal separation, institutional governance, and efficient Cayman-law administration.

How the SAF Exchange Works

Existing SAF unit holders list units for sale (asks). Verified platform members place offers to buy (bids). When a bid matches an ask, SAF·NEXUS facilitates the unit transfer on the SAF register. No ROFR complexity: you trade SAF units, not underlying company shares. 1.5% transfer fee applies to the buyer. Orders expire after 30 days unless reconfirmed.
